Powerful Pneumatic Pump:
The high volume pump can be easily adjusted to suit the correct flow rate for your tank allowing the optimal amount of filtration and coolant recovery

Stainless Filter:
The filtration system contains a fine filter (0.4mm) made from 304 Stainless steel that traps fine swarf to clean the coolant

Oil Skimmer / Seperation Tank:
Built-in is an oil skimmer with water seperation tank designed to allow the oil skimmer to effectivley seperate waste oil to its waste outlet, and return coolant to the system holding tank to avoid valubale coolant waste.

Minimize Bacteria growth & Nasty Coolant Odours:
Ozone treatment is an effective method for killing bacteria and fungi in coolant systems. By diffusing ozone gas into the coolant, the powerful oxidizing agent attacks and eliminates bacteria, preventing odors and biofilm buildup. Ozone effectively oxidizes organic matter and then reverts back to oxygen, creating a clean and safe environment for the coolant.
